We assess all suppliers to ensure that processes are in place to control the supply chain. This includes any third-party overseas factory, any subcontractor, growers or even home-based workers. For new suppliers, the quality assurance assessment is based on the following five points:

Corporate responsibility policies
Quality management - including factory and product controls
After-sales service
Returns policies and procedures
